Junior Secretary
- At least Form 5 or holder of Secretarial Studies Certificate;
- Hands on PC knowledge, e.g. Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing;
- Good telephone manner;
- Polite, conscientious, good communication skill;
- Experience in Administrative & Accounting is preferred;
- Fresh graduate is also considered;
- Immediate available is preferred.
Interior Draftsman/ Interior Draftsman Trainee
- F.5 or above with holder of certificate or above in Interior design;
- Min. 2 years experience related in commercial and residential projects.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Capable to handle full set of construction drawings;
- Hands on experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other PC operations;
- Self-motivated, good communication skill and good team player;
- Holder of private car driving licence is preferred.
- No experience will be considered to apply Interior Draftsman Trainee;
- Immediate available is preferred.
Senior Interior Designer/ Interior Designer
- Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design or above;
- At least 3-5 years experience in Interior Design Field and luxury residential development
experience is a must;
- Able to handle full set of working drawing with practical detailing experience;
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other PC operations are required;
- Ability to follow a project from concept through to completion including site management,
sub-contractor co-ordination, site staff supervision, sourcing materials and furnishings;
- Familiar with interior materials and good knowledge in construction details;
- Initiative, creative, hand-working, self motivating, good team player ;
- Good proposal presentation and communication skill;
- Less qualification and experience will be considered to apply Interior Designer.
- Immediate available is preferred;
